PBPC Family,
Our annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 29 immediately following the service. You can participate in the meeting either in person or via Zoom.
Our annual meeting is a wonderful opportunity for us to reflect on the past year of ministry and celebrate what God has done in our midst. We will have a chance to review our giving and expenses for 2022 and discuss our 2023 budget. Members of Session will also share with the congregation our priorities for 2023.
At the meeting, we will provide copies of our annual report. We will also distribute it via email in next week's newsletter. We will also have an updated birthday list and directory for your records.
As I have said on Sunday, all are welcome to attend the meeting and all have a voice. When it comes to any voting matters, only those who are members may vote. I hope to see you there on January 29!

Kid's Min Work Day - January 28
We're going to give our kids ministry room (formerly the choir room) a makeover! Join us on Saturday, January 28 from 10am-2pm to help paint, clean and give our kids room a facelift. Lunch will be provided.
Congregational Meeting - January 29
Join us following the service on Sunday for our Annual Meeting. We will provide our annual report and discuss our budget and priorities for 2023.
Giving Statements
2022 Giving statements have been distributed, mailed or emailed. Note that if you have given online through the PBPC website, your giving acknowledgements all come from the Presbyterian Foundation. If you have any questions or concerns, please talk to Ginnie Daniel, Finance Manager
Autris Paige
We regret to inform you that Autris Paige, a long-time friend and soloist of PBPC passed away on January 12, 2023. A service celebrating his life will be held on Friday February 3 at 11:00am at Third Baptist Church (1399 McAllister St., San Francisco).
New Door Code
Please disregard the email sent out today with the door code. We did not intend to send that to the congregation and that code is incorrect. If you would like the code for 2023, please fill out this form. We will then have a database of all who have the door code. Please fill this out before February 1, our proposed date to change the code.
Mission Trip to France?
Dave Pierson, one of our Mission partners, reached out to PBPC to see if anyone had interest in a mission trip to France in Summer 2023. They hope to either host an English or Music camp as an evangelism outreach tool. If you'd be interested in a trip like this, please email Pastor Calvin at pastor@pbpc.org.
Harbor House Gardening - February 4
Join us on Saturday, February 4th from 9-12 to do some weeding at Harbor House's Prayer Garden.
Ash Wednesday - February 22
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, February 22 at 7pm. We will have an Ash Wednesday service to begin our observance of the lenten season.
