9.29.2026 PBPC Family Bulletin
PBPC Family,
Thank you to everyone who showed up on Sunday to close out the Season of Creation with some sheet mulching. We were able to finish the sheet mulching we needed to do and our next step will be planting in November!
Just a reminder that this Sunday, October 4, we are worshipping at First Pres Berkeley (2407 Dana Street) at 10:00am. For information on parking, HERE is their website which has helpful information. And if you can, don't forget to bring cupcakes or cookies to share.
Looking forward to worshipping with you on Sunday!
Grace and Peace,
Pastor Calvin

No book discussion this Sunday. We'll meet again on October 11 to discuss chapters 8+9.
World Communion Sunday - October 4 at First Pres Berkeley
On Sunday, October 4 we will worship with other Presbyterian churches at First Pres Berkeley. The service begins at 10:00am. After the World Communion Sunday worship service, all are invited to a cookie & cupcake potluck. Bring a plate of cookies or cupcakes to share (finger food only!). Please note if your dessert is gluten-free, nut-free, or both. Drop off on the Plaza, just off of the first floor Reception area before worship. Then stay after worship to enjoy fellowship and treats with our sister churches.
Commitment Sunday - October 18
On October 11, we will have 2027 Pledge Cards available. Please pick one up and prayerfully consider what commitments you can make to this church in 2027. On October 18, we will have a chance to make our commitments together as part of our worship.
Blessing Fund
The Blessing Fund is a Session designated fund that I, as Pastor, can distribute to members of our community. Over the years it has been used to help pay for medical expenses, rent, car repairs, and other unexpected needs. It is entirely funded by donations and is currently running low. If you would like to donate to it, please mark "Blessing Fund" on your check or online donation.
