PBPC Update - Enneagram Seminar led by Pastors Chris & Shannon
Pastor Chris and his wife, Shannon, will lead a 3-part Enneagram Seminar on Wednesday nights, January 20, 27, & February 3, 7:00-8:30pm on Zoom.
This seminar is for anyone who wants to know themselves better and to have a deeper understanding of how their unique personality affects the way they relate to God and to other people.
What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. The Enneagram describes nine personality types and maps each of these types on a nine-pointed diagram which helps to illustrate how the types relate to one another.
The name Enneagram comes from the Greek: Ennea is the Greek word for nine and Gramma means something that's drawn or written.
Our seminar will cover the following topics:
Week 1 (Jan. 20) - Introduction to the Enneagram: What Is It? Where Did It Come from? How Does It Work?
Week 2 (Jan. 27) - Understanding the Nine Personality Types - What Is Yours?
Week 3 (Feb. 3) - How Knowing Yourself Can Help You Grow
This seminar will be interesting and informative, and it also has the potential to help open up new areas of growth in your spiritual life. It will also be fun! We hope you will join us. Please contact Pastor Chris if you have any questions.
Optional Extra: For those who want to read more about the Enneagram prior to the seminar, we recommend the book The Road Back to You by Ian Cron and Suzanne Stabile (InterVarsity Press, 2016).
