PBPC Family, I don't know about you but I am still basking in the joy of our Easter Sunday worship. It was a gift to gather with you all, to join together as a body of believers and proclaim the earth shattering, life-changing, too-good-to-be-true truth that Jesus is risen! Death has been defeated! The grave has been swallowed up! Sin no longer has a hold on us or this world! Christ is risen! Alleluia! The good news of Christ's resurrection is that it answers fundamental questions about this world and humanity. Is this life all there is? Is there more? Is death the end? Does God love and care for humanity? What do we make of the pain, suffering, and evil that persists? In his resurrection, Christ unequivocally answers these questions. There is more than just this life. Death is not the end. God's love is the first and final word for humanity. God will redeem, renew, and restore all things!
